Classification of Stars

The stars have different colors. Astronomers can tell the difference among the stars depending on the stars heat. The hotter stars will burn fastes an this causes their life span to be shorter.


1.The blue stars are the hottest and they are about 20,000 degrees celcius.







2.The white stars are about 10,000 degrees celcius.










3. The yellow stars are like the sun are about 6,000 degrees celcius.









The orange and red stars are the coolest stars. They are about 3,000 degrees celcius and 4,500 degrees celcius.
